A central helpdesk has been established to provide access to all the services of the X-omics facilities involved. Via this helpdesk, researchers can request services or ask questions about genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, data analysis, integration & stewardship challenges and, of course, multi-omics approaches. Three types of questions can be answered by the helpdesk: research questions, outsourcing questions or technical questions. Depending on your question or service required, our helpdesk assistant Crossy will refer you to the right expert or facility.
In addition, X-omics offers you the opportunity to pitch your project in a live Q&A meeting with our experts. During this meeting you can get advice on experimental design and data integration strategies for a multi-omics approach of your research.
